I was visiting friends in the area and discovered I had a flat tire. My friends all suggested Les Schwab. The closest was in Nyssa. I inflated the flat tire and made it to Les Schwab without incident, where they identified a nail in the tire. They repaired it right away, and even though I 1) was from out of town; 2) hadn't purchased my tires at a Les Schwab dealership or 3)was likely to be a return customer to this franchise, they didn't charge me a cent for the repair!!! You can be sure I'll be looking for a dealer in my area. As for my friends near Nyssa, it just reinforced what they already knew - Les Schwab has GREAT service!
