Delicious hand pulled noodles full of flavor!! This place originally opened in France and now is open in Montreal. They have an extensive menu with a huge variety. I ordered the original oil spilled 3 in one. It has the perfect amount of spice to balance the rest of the flavors. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the tomatoes in the dish but everything else was perfect. The portion size will also get you full for sure. Definitely recommend checking this place out close to McGill metro. I’ll for sure be back to try other dishes.

Love the hand pulled noodles here! My favourite dish is definitely the lamb cumin noodle dish. I also love the oil spilled noodle with braised beef. The reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because the service was not that great and because the Hong Kong style milk tea was way too sweet and didn’t taste very authentic. However, do come here for the noodles!!!

Amazing hand pulled noodles!! It’s a bit tucked away but I’m glad I found it. An huge variety of noodles of different styles, savoury sauces and toppings from different regions of China, all done in my opinion quite authentically. You can taste the springiness in the noodles which you can see them make by hand through a window into the kitchen. They serve dumplings, lamb skewers, and a variety of side dishes as well which were quite good, but I would go just for the noodles alone. Well priced as well for the quality of noodles you’re getting ~$15 per bowl, and although they are tucked away their inside decor is elegant and modern, with a tall ceiling you forget you’re in downtown Montreal.

I ordered the 3-in-1 noodle which is the kind of typical noodle from my city back in China and it was 98% similar I’d add a bit more vinegar for the last 2%. This noodle was hand-pulled that you could see it through the kitchen window. Definitely need to come back and try other dishes

Last night in Montreal, just wanted something close to the hotel, light, and inexpensive, we found this noodle place. Noodles was good, you can tell it’s freshly made, possibly by hand. The seafood chow mien wasn’t very good, sauce is the problem, maybe stir fried noodles is not their specialty The noodles with shredded chicken, and seasome sauce, was good, lots of flavour, and ingredients were fresh, we liked this dish Service was good for Chinese standard.

I just had the best Asian food EVER! And that's saying a lot... I eat Thai and Vietnamese food all the time. This Montreal find was beyond amazing! I had the lamb with cumin and noodles.

The best well cooked handmade noodles ever tried, nevertheless I expected an explosion of flavours in the different dishes I tried and that did not happen. They are good but not impressive. On the other hand, I strongly suggest the spring rolls, they are delicious! The pan fried chicken dumplings are just meh. The portions are very generous.

Super delicious hand pulled noodles!!! I got the stir fry duck noodles and it was the best stir fry noodle I've ever had the Hunan specialty noodles were very spicy and very authentic! Highly reccomend checking out this hidden gemFood: 5/5

Generous portion. Fresh noodles like in China! Service was quick! Their cucumber salad were missing a bit of taste! In general I recommend this place!

YUM!!! The cumin lamb noodles are to die for!! Hand pulled noodles on site, delicious flavour and good portion. Also try their chicken filet and cucumber salad in sesame sauce.
