A great bakery with a fantastic selection of baked goods and sandwiches. Some of the menu items we had were great while other items we had did not stand out. At this price point, I'd expect more finesse on some menu items. Order: Orange and White Chocolate Swiss $3.95 each x1 - Extremely moist inside - Lovely subtle taste of orange Almond Croissant $4.50 each x2 - Well baked with a very doughy texture - Almond paste inside - Crunchy shaved almond nuts on top Shortbread $8.50 each x1 - Large plain shortbread cookies - Buttery but dry - Expensive for the quality Tiramisu $5.75 each x1 - The outside edges of the tiramisu were extremely dry and stiff since the sides are exposed - Strong coffee flavor - Moist cake and filling inside Mille-feuille $5.75 each x1 - Pasty dough - Lacking crunch - The crème anglaise was the best part Individual Raspberry Macaron $5.95 each x1 - An oversized macaron which made it more challenging to eat - The filling was non-standard with cream and real raspberries - Punchy raspberry flavor - The top was crisp as you'd expect from a macaron but the base was quite soggy and falling apart Atmosphere and Site: - A cute bakery with a clean interior and plenty of seating Service: - There were multiple staff members offering to help as we picked our items

We were looking for a new cafe and stumbled on this place. We thought let's try it. Turns out to be the best decision in months. $80 a sandwich, 6 desserts and coffee later. NO REGRETS! Everything was delicious, fresh and very well balanced. The baja chicken sandwich with all the fixings can't be beat. Peacan tart, black forest cake, the hazelnut cream puff and the terimasu looking raspberry one were the tops for sure!

Thank you so much for making the best almond croissant! I love your frozen chocolate croissants as well, so I can enjoy fresh baked chocolate croissants every morning? Why don’t make some frozen almond croissant as well?

I used Les Moulins for catering for about 40 people. The sandwiches were delicious! Fresh bread and ingredients and many of my party guests were asking where the food was from, it was that good! They even found a solution for one of my friends who is gluten free. Sandwiches are big and still had lots of leftovers. Les Moulins staff were very accommodating and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Had a gig in Ottawa in the city for the first time and wanted a croissant. Googled and found this cafe. Enjoyed the croissant and even the cappuccino ! Being a fussy Italian cappuccino drinker that’s huge lol

Excellent service. They always indulge my coffee exactly as I request it. Great community place and the treats! My God! They are the best in town. Go, enjoy your coffee or tea, sandwich or pastry and don't forget to TIP generously.

A friend from Ottawa insisted that we visit this place. The experience will make your day. Staff are very helpful. The espresso machiato was fine but not the best but maybe I should’ve just picked a simple espresso. Their pastries are something I highly recommend. French authentic. Highly recommend

Whenever I'm in Hintonburg I like to drop by this cafe to chill and relax. The place is very open and welcoming. And I particularly enjoy the sitting out on the patio. Now with the COVID, I can enjoy their simple croissants in my own home. They also have great breads and soups to choose from. And every now and then I like to indulge on one of their succulent desserts. The order is always correct and the customer service is fast and friendly. Can't wait to be back.

Hands down, the best almond croissants in Ottawa. Also their take home bake-yourself regular croissants are amazing.
