Our guests come first! We are in Leota, Michigan and are 2 miles from the trail heads! Summer fun down the Muskegon River as well!!

Story

We are located in a little town on the outside of Harrison Michigan, wooded areas. We are 2 miles from the trail heads. We have tube rentals in the summer for the river as we are very close to the Muskegon river as well. We work with a local canoe company and transit bus that picks our canoe adventurers up at the lodge, these have to be set up in advance as canoe rentals at Dugans goes very quickly in the summer time! We are very convenient for snow season as well, we are very close to the trail heads, as well as ORV trails, and horse trails!

Mission

To intend for our guests to stay in top rated clean rooms, have fun with naturous activities, snowmobiling,canoeing, and as well as horse back riding or just a get away for the whole family in a nestly wooded area!

OUTSTANDING, QUALITY MANAGEMENT! THEY MAKE YOU FEEL MORE THAN WELCOMED AND MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS MET WITH A SINCERE SMILE. 

THE ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY CLEAN! THESE TWO THINGS WILL BRING US BACK ABOVE ALL.

WE PAID $64 A NIGHT FOR FULL BED. WE FELT WAS FAIR PRICE. WELL LIT AND CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT!

THE ONLY THING I LEARNED WAS TO BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE POT AND SUPPLIES!!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were closed comfortable. We also enjoyed the fire pit and having the gas grill available. And you can ride your atv's straight from the room to the trails. Leota mini mart right across the street and the bar right down the street serves good breakfast lunch and dinner.

this was a great place to stay it was very clean and cozy and the staff there was awesome! they went above and beyond to make our stay great anytime we are out that way this will be the place to stay!

This Motel and the staff are so completely amazing and wonderful. My stay was a very last minute emergency. The room was very nice and the pillows and bed were so comfy. My youngest brother passed away that day and when I checked in they handed me a white envelope with what I assumed was a customer satisfaction card. It wasn't. It was a from them expressing their sympathy and prayers . I was so overwhelmed that day and these people showed me how truly amazing are. Thank you never will be enough for me to say to them. The area is beautiful there. I can definitely say I will be back. Thank you again for the kindness you gave me.  5 stars just doesn't seem enough

Until yesterday this review would have been 5 stars.  This was our 2nd stay here and the staff was very friendly.  The bad review started when I received a call from the owner last night.  To make a long story short, she canceled our reservations for next month over a unintentionally ruined pair of $20 sheets.  The sheets were ruined by an uncontrollable health issue.  After learning the why and how they were ruined and offering to pay her for the sheets, she still would not reconsider our reservation for next month.  I felt this to to very inconsiderate, rude and very unprofessional.  Not to mention we now feel discriminated against for the health issue.
