Lennox Liquor Store

I used to come regularly because you are a bit cheaper than firefly but I have to admit than their services, knowledge and offers are way better than yours. I came tonight and the manager and one employee were talking, I greeted them 2 times....no responses...I went off the store and spent my money in firefly, and I opened a member card there. Sincerely, respectfully, An old customer.

Terrible customer service. The mall where the store is located was closed so I tried calling for instructions on how to get to it. The person who answered the phone just hung up without even trying to explain. When I got to the store after a bit of running around trying to find an opened door the guy was not friendly at all. Guess he doesn't like people going to his store. Avoid this place if you can. I'm not coming back for sure.

For whatever reason, they never open up on time in the morning. When I came this morning 30 minutes after opening time, there was a crowd of customers and delivery people waiting to get in. They all left in a huff. A few times I have come during the day and the store was closed due to the clerk taking a break. When the store is actually open, the customer service is not very cheerful. Prices are much better at other places. I am not going to bother myself to go there anymore.
