Loved my experience at Legacy Dodge, Jeff in particular was amazing. Made the process super easy and made sure we were happy the whole way. His follow up game is unmatched. As a fellow sales representative I truly appreciate the fort put forth by Jeff and the whole dealership.

I bought my Jeep over the summer time and I wasn't going to do a review until, I had it in for service and had it for a few months and my overall experience with Legacy Dodge. My sales experience was great, Jeff Batchelor was very efficient and knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold me. I said efficient because we did our deal in 10hrs, that was the fastest I've ever gotten a vehicle. Their floor manager and Financial team made it happen, everyone was very polite and friendly it was a great experience. Jeff still calls me and checks up which is great! I feel if I need anything he'll definitely help me out. As you see in my pictures I upgraded a few things, legacy dodge said if I use mopar parts and if they install them, they will grant me warranty on them. So I went with that route, I dealt with their service department who installed thousands of dollars of parts, lift kit, snorkel, led lights, winch etc. The only issue we had was getting the parts in due to Covid issues, which was totally understandable. They updated me weekly and call me right when my order was filled. Brought me in the shop right away and installed them with no issues. The mechanic attention details was on point, no loose wiring and everything was zip tied and neat and tidy. They treated me great and I have no issues with the parts they installed. They also charge a lesser shop rate for installing accessories as well, so that was great to find out. I also had my first oil change and tire rotation, bought it in at 730am and it was done by 10am, no issues with booking and getting my vehicle back, I took the shuttle both ways and I was happy with the experience. I'm not going to lie, I did hear some bad experiences from other people in town about our Dodge dealership and called me lucky. But I haven't had an issue with them and I think I won't either. Everyone's been to kind to me, so thank you Legacy Dodge!

Recently purchased and hard to find model at legacy dodge. My salesman Jeff Bachelor was great and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to locate the vehicle I was looking for. The financing department explained everything extra the dealer sold as extras and costs if you were interested. Nothing was high pressure or uncomfortable from my experience. This dealership is high volume and is more likely to get limited allocations than others in Alberta so that says a lot!

I have purchased four vehicles from Legacy Dodge Fort McMurray. Jeff Batchelor has been my go to salesperson for the last five years. His customer service is top notch - from unbeatable prices to follow-up phone calls on your purchase anniversary date to see how much you still love your vehicle!!! Our last purchase was a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and we absolutely love it! Jeff is the KING Of Jeeps - he was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the features of our new ride, even taking the time months later when summer hit to show us how to take off the roof!! If you are ever in need of a new or used vehicle Jeff is definitely your guy!! I would recommend him 100 times over!!

Was in the market for a new Cherokee. Owned a 2020 trailhawk that we were trying to trade for a 2022 only 23k km. Decided for first time to give local dealership a chance even though we had heard mixed reviews. Should note that I was also shopping down south. Asked Legacy for best offer on new vehicle. Was asked to send my offer from down south and they would beat it. Kinda sounds like they wanted me and southern dealership to do all the work and they would just scoop the deal. I said no I want your best offer and I’ll compare them. Well they were not even close on the trade in and I told them so now their best offer turned into their second best offer as they adjust trade in for higher. Told them they were still lower and that the discounts from St Albert dodge were better. Legacy told me there is no way they could be offering me a deal that good. Salesman literally called me all day telling me that my deal was not true that no way was it going to happen and he would be there to basically pick the pieces of my broken deal up and “help” me out. I’m the end I got a great deal from St Albert dodge and I’m excited to pick our new Cherokee up on our next trip down south.

Was looking at this ride for a couple weeks Erik was helping me out ask him to not sell it on me like other dealerships had done and he waited until I figured some things out. Everything was done in a matter of days and they delivered it to Calgary for me. Thanks guys love the ride!

Jeff Batchelor……where do I start with this guy. I honestly don’t think amazing or top notch even comes close to explaining this guy and his personality and level of excitement for his customers. I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 awesome vehicles from Jeff. I purchased the first one in 2017…when I first met this amazing guy. Jeff would just reach out and say hi. Or he would send anniversary texts…in early 2019 my family and I returned to New Brunswick for 18 months and not sure if we would return to Fort McMurray. Jeff continued to reach out and see how we were and how our Ram Sport was as well. That’s amazing isn’t it. I continue to follow Jeff’s social media accounts after the sale because he is so positive, motivating and just good for the soul. Thank you so much jeff for just being you. Please don’t ever change.
