Brought my truck in for an insurance repair and Car Star made the process easy for me. The front counter staff are very friendly and the appraisers are super thorough. Imran kept in touch with me through the process and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. Highly recommend!!
Great customer service. Works well with insurance companys. I had the front bumper replaced and they missed one piece. After a follow up call they got it in and replace the same day.
Great place for repairs if you want to wait ages to get your vehicle back. Been waiting on repairs to be finished since mid September. Was supposed to be done October 31st, but every time I call they’re waiting on parts even though “we just received the last part so probably by the end of the week.” Usually I’m pretty patient and I get parts issues, but it’s just ridiculous at this point. Starting to think they meant Oct 31st 2023…Service: Body & Trim
I had my vehicle go here after it was hit for repairs covered under insurance, they told me the tire may not be covered it really wasn’t bad still drivable and I informed them that if it’s not covered don’t change it as I’m not trying to spend a couple hundred dollars if I don’t have to l. They changed the tire and it wasn’t covered wouldn’t release my vehicle regardless of what was agreed upon. Very disappointed and don’t like being robbed like this.Service: Body & Trim
Not only does Carstar Fort McMurray do great collision and bodywork- but they also can repair hail damage using paintless dent repair or conventional bodywork as needed! I was very impressed with the work they did on my vehicle !
Took my car for windshield replacement and was disappointed with the condition of my car on return. Interior all messed up with dirty shoes, dust stain marks on new roof, stain marks on interior plastic, wipers out of alignment. I was not expecting this condition on my new 2021 model. Upon complaint to the front desk lady, initially she was not cooperative and not accepting responsibility, showed unprofessional attitude. Upon insisting to talk to somebody who can come and at least have a look. Finally some other person from shop looked and accepted the responsibility, cleaned and fixed the wipers. Being a professional company this rude behaviour from front desk lady and unprofessional work is not acceptable by all means. Above was my second time experience. First time When I took my same vehicle for some bumper repair, found out some below panels were not fixed properly with missing bolts. I should have given my review at first time, but thought May give Carstar a chance as small things happen, but upon my second experience as mentioned above, it appears that facility is habitual with poor workmanship.
The best experience I have had at an auto shop. My truck was broken into by smashing a window. They were able to get me in the next day, gave me a free ride home while I waited and picked me up when it was finished. In addition to the very friendly staff, when I picked up my truck I found it washed and detailed. I will definitely be back if I ever need more work done.Service: Body & Trim
Jessica took care of my vehicle from finish to end! She did a fantastic job! Very accommodating and very friendly! They also have a very nice staff! 10/10
Fixed a dent in my rear bumper for free. Took all of fifteen minutes. Friendly service, will be returning as needed.
They were GREAT to deal with. Very friendly. I had my car in for minor repairs. They were finished days ahead of schedule !!!! And they gave her a good wash inside & out . HIGHLY recommend these guys . They do oil changes as well
