Dr. Lee is great and efficient. Nurse and staff are kind, friendly and helpful. We are very happy that our new born baby has got good healthcare at this clinic.

First off DR Lee is an amazing doctor. I’m only giving 1 star because I don’t get what’s the point of them having a phone service they never answer. 1 time they had me on hold for 2 hours I had an appointment and had to wait in the car with a 7 month old we booked our appointment months in advance yet they still made me wait in the car for almost 2 hours with my baby so I decided to call while waiting in the car I go so frustrated being on hold for so long just called to see how much longer was the wait so I went in and stood at the reception still on hold on my phone. She now says how can I help you I’m like look at your phone you have me on hold for 2 hours and she wasn’t busy just sitting there. So they just don’t answer on purpose Beyond ridiculous!

Truly professional team. Dr. Lee is caring and precise to the point. Never miss a diagnosis. The nurse is caring and efficient. She has the best memory and she multitask very well. The admin is very responsible and detailed orientated. They are busy for a reason so please don't complain the minimal wait time on the phone or for consult.

We are Very happy with Dr. Lee’s amazing patient care. He see’s both my children from birth. He is amazing and very friendly with kids. My Only concern is so hard to get through to make an appointment. Phones are hardly ever answered. Once you get through his staff are very amazing. They will always accommodate you same day or next day. Staff are very friendly.

Best pediatrician in the world. Been taking care of my kids for years and I couldn’t be happier. Some people mentioned that there are some issues of getting a hold of the clinic over the phone, this was true in the past but they have really upped their game and it is a pleasure now to deal with the administrative staff.

I'm so glad having Dr. Lee our two kids pediatrician now more than 12 years. At this COVID time the phone is busy but if you pay attention to the message, you can reach them by email, and i can say they are responding fast.

My observation 1.Administration seems to be efficient phone calls and such 2.All staff seems to observe strict sanitary procedures 3.Waited 20 past the appointed time, but this is understandable. 4.Staff and doctor are all very professional 5.Doctor is precise and to the point. 6. Doctor is patient with my concerns. some people might prefer a more chatty doctor.. but please don’t, other parents are waiting!

My 3 kids have seen Dr. Lee since they were newborns. He is an excellent pediatrician who goes above and beyond and I trust him completely with my kid's health. His office is very busy and staff is very good. I'm very happy overall with everything his practice offers

Dr. Lee has been taking care of both my children since they were born. Both were born Prems. I love him, my kids love him. He is hard working, efficient and great to work with. He takes all concerns seriously and he never misses an opportunity to interact with the kids. He is busy, they are all busy in there nurses and admin, they are busy for a reason. Patricia Mercurio
