They don’t answer the phone, ever. I have to go wait half a day instead of promptly going to an appointment.
The phone line is constantly busy or gives the automated message that "this line is unavailable", so I'm not even able to book an appointment at all. There are no online options for appointment booking either, and clearly no answering service. Totally at a loss with this doctor's office....
Very rude IGNORANT receptionist when you call. When you talk to this person you can tell she does not care and ignores what is being said. She just gives you the date time of the appointment and hangs up.That's why I stay away from this place and do not like to see doctors. Don't need their attitude. Call me when you want a good receptionist that cares, has compassion for people and manners.
Can’t get ahold of anyone ever. Their current recorded message is about them being closed back in November. Doesn’t have their current hours or open days not that they answered phones during those hours before. My pharmacy has been trying to fax a refill request and no one seems to be there.
There's never any parking. People double park constantly but they have no choice but to do that or they won't get to see a doctor. The floors are wavy which means someone not steady on their feet could lose their balance. To get to the clinic also means stairs. They say there is a lift, but it requires a key to operate or help, and no one comes to help if you need it. The wait to see a doctor here is always six weeks from the day you call, and the last time cancelled the appointment and didn't say and the next appointment for their mistake was another four weeks. If you have mobility issues, pick another office! Update: Talked to building management regarding their building, parking, etc. They don't care and probably never will. If you have a doctor here, even if they are a great doctor, I would suggest finding out if they have another location or go looking for a new doctor. The lift to get down and up the stairs is still out of order. This is easily the worst place to go if you need a doctor. It's easier to find parking downtown and at least if it's listed as accessible, it actually is.
I’ve been a patient for quite a few years, it has taken many months to get an appointment for very minor problems. However, when I called to book an appointment about something major my mental health there was an appointment available within two weeks. They prioritize very important matters and most importantly, they listen to what you have to say.
Only reason I am giving it five stars is I don't want the poor attitude of the receptionist to steer away from the wonderful service of the doctors. The receptionist, Crystal quite frankly is rude and unfriendly and has no bedside manners. We got a call indicating we owed $50 for a missed appointment. An appointment we were never informed about, despite the insistence of the receptionist that someone talked to us. She again insisted we pay when we came for our replacement appointment. We stood our ground and refused to pay for her mistake. The fee was ultimately waived. As noted earlier, the audiologist Dr. Shaw and our consultant Dr Robinson were fantastic and very friendly to deal with and I highly recommend their services.
Can't reach anyone by phone... websites sucks, receptionists never return emails. Can't even book an appointment. If I could give negative stars I would.
They told me I was no longer a patient there after missing 1 appointment because of a family emergency.
Seeing good changes at this office. Still needs an automatic answer phone system. This would help administration staff.
