North Face Centre for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I went in as an emergency patient, and I have to say Dr. Christa and my nurse Christine were so great and made me feel safe and comfortable. The whole team at North Face Centre exceeded my expectations. All the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful which made for a smooth process, procedure, and overall experience. The clinic was very nice and clean. I highly recommend.

5 star experiencing regarding my wisdom teeth. Dr. Favot was one of the smartest doctors I have ever talked to. Entire process of and recovery from removal of all four of my wisdom teeth was as smooth as could be. While everyone’s experience is different, I barely had any bruising and swelling was minimal. The nurses were absolutely fantastic in making sure I was taken care of appropriately before and after the surgery. Definitely recommend to anyone requiring wisdom teeth removal

I had a great experience… had 2”3 wisdom teeth out, great bed side manor…. Very long process but that is made up for with Netflix in the room…. The staff were very nice and easy to talk to. The funny thing is I don’t even remember falling asleep. We were talking about shows and then I woke up hahah. Thanks guys for a good experience and merry Christmas

I'm so glad I was referred to North Face Centre for my wisdom teeth. Dr. Favot, her nurses and staff we all very patient and kind. They took the time to ease my nerves, and answer all my questions. Thanks for a positive experience!

I was so scared and nervous to get my wisdom teeth out! From the consult to surgery day the staff were so supportive and sweet, they gave me blankets and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Even after surgery they made sure I had everything I needed including great instructions on my aftercare. I fell asleep in the recovery room and they woke me up with so much care when it was time for my ride to bring me home. Dr. Favot and all her wonderful staff members made me feel at ease the whole time, and the office was so beautiful and clean. I got had my surgery yesterday, and I'm already feeling good and healing. Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies who helped me yesterday!

I got referred to North Face Centre from my dentist from out of town. I was pleased to read such great reviews beforehand! When going in for my consultation I waited a ridiculous amount of time to be greeted by the receptionist at the time while she was talking about unrelated personal matters behind the counter. I was VERY pleased with how I was treated by the dental hygienist and Dr Favot once brought into the room. Dr. Favot was very kind and reassuring and made me feel good about my wisdom teeth removal. I was very happy to have gotten referred there. I called to book my appointment in February/March and was told by The staff that does billing and booking that she put me on a list to be contacted in the next couple of weeks. I never heard back. A month later I call again and was told I was added to her list again for the next couple of weeks. I never received a call. Finally I call back again and I gave a timeframe of when I could go since I am a student. And I missed out on the other opportunities because I was never called back. She did not listen to what I had given to try to be able to go and suggested particular days I had just mentioned I could not go. I was spoken to rudely, made me feel unheard and I was getting frustrated because I was told 2 times I was on the list to get a call back and both times she said she didn’t have my name. Finally get an appointment date. A week before, I get a call saying they had to cancel and I needed to rebook. I rebook, finally get a day and go get my wisdom teeth removed. The dental hygienist, Dr. Favot and nurse were all amazing!! Everything I could have asked for and all calmed me down. A couple weeks after my surgery my insurance never revived my claim. My mother called multiple times and left messages and received no answer or call back. Finally I decided to go in myself and I was handed another patients papers to be signed and witnessed The staff in charge of billing be very rude to the receptionist because of the miscommunication. Thankfully they fixed something that was wrong for the insurance but needless to say I was very unimpressed with the customer service particularly from the staff that does billing and booking. I have nothing but great things to say about the rest of the staff. I would give 5 stars had my entire visit been similar to how I was treated by the remainder of the staff! Dr. favot is great.

I don’t typically write reviews but I feel like I have to for this. I had an Amazing experience getting my wisdom tooth removed with Dr. Favot and her team. Their positive energy made me feel SO comfortable and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her!!!!

I went in expecting the worst for my first tooth extractions. All my wisdom teeth and a molar, I started crying halfway through the freezing and didn’t think I could do it. Dr. Favot and her team were so patient and caring, she gave me a blanket and gave me some time to calm down. When she came back in the room she asked if I would like to do it today or come back another time and I’m so glad I stayed because I did not feel a single thing after that. I Didn’t feel the other 4 needles for the freezing and I didn’t feel any pain or even any pressure and it only took less than a minute per tooth and mine were in bad shape. She was so quick and professional , her and her helper were telling me I was doing great the entire time , she told me I could call or come in if I had any issues after the surgery. Amazing dentist and friendly staff and comfortable office.

Dr Favot is by far the best dentist I have had over my 50 years of dental care. Her care, compassion and expertise made a rather tricky procedure go smoothly and ‘seemingly’ effortless. Thank you Dr Favot you did in 30 minutes what endless others couldn’t. I wish you and your family/staff all the best for 2022.
