Excellent service! Was in the other day looking for a specific item for for my parrot which they do not carry. The lady was nice enough to offer to order them in for me and call me when they arrive. That's above and beyond! Was quite impressed with the service. I also compared some pricing for Acana dog food while I was there and their pricing is great. Will be buying from them from now on.

Very good offerings. Has high quality pet food and a wonderful staff. Has birds, fish, rodents, and reptiles for sale. Great place.

Like the petstore as it's the only store in Prince Rupert. Do not like that they put a guinea pig and rabbit in the same cage and the poor guinea pig was being (humped) repeatedly by the rabbit. It was sad!! Products are good though.
