Cook's Jewellers

Anyone who's ever shopped at Cook's is aware of the quality of service as well as the strength of knowledge that is on offer when you walk through the door. The owners and staff take care of their customers, fairly & with respect. In a town the size of Prince Rupert, you could hardly get away with doing otherwise and still expect to stay in business. Cook's has been around for a long time and for good reason. I expect they will still be there for many more years to come. It's unfortunate when some choose to try and smear a good business as a means of boosting a (former) competitor with such a laughably false and clumsy review. Such nonsense does no one any favors.

My husband bought me a bracelet from here and it broke! I brought it to get fixed and they said it wasnt from there too bad! I have the receipt and box but I will never shop there again! I then brought it to Mansons where they fixed it and cleaned it up for free and I only shop there now! We just bought a one carat ring and lots of other jewelry
