LE CHÂTEAU

The shopping experience with Le Chateau is a DISASTER. I would prefer to shop anywhere else except this place. I just received a pair of shoes that I ordered online. There is a hole in one of the shoes and then it is covered with a SALE sticker. I have a strong feeling someone noticed the defect and tried to cover it then shipped it to the customer and hope the customer will accept the defect. I found this way of business practice is super DISRESPECTFUL and totally DISHONEST. I have an event on this weekend and I planned to wear this new pair of shoes but now I have to rush to the mall for another pair of new shoes but 1000000% sure this new pair will be from other stores practising the business in a descent and honest ways.

My friend got really great service from one of the managers here. He asked a lot of questions and got thoughtful recommendations. Was there for almost an hour. Personally I find this place great for their selection of coloured dress shirts and ties, but their store credit return policy is a little ridiculous.

This has been my favorite store since I was a teenager, many years! I was served by Midge (sorry i'm not sure if i'm spelling her name correctly)..I received the BEST customer service by far 😊 thank you so much for your patience and guidance!

As a young adult with a fuller figure, I love shopping at le chateau and I always find clothes that look great. However, customer service on the woman's side is the worst service I've ever seen, in any store. Walking in I was not greeted and whenever I ask for help, I'm treated poorly. For example, today I walked in and spotted a dress that I fell in love with. I tried asking a worker for it's price, she dismissed me and continued her talk with her coworker. I then asked help to find a shirt and again no response. And she is not the only worker that refuses to help. I love the clothing, but after today, you lost a loyal customer. I would suggest addressing this issue.
