They came to fix my grandmother's hot water tank twice both times they only replaced the thermostat and charged her both times with out fixing the problem. Ended up having to phone a family friend who replaced the element and fixed the hot water tank. Its pretty sad considering our family friebd actually fixed the problem and he is an electrician not a plumber. Make me sad that companies like this like to take advantage of older people. You will NEVER get a referralfrom our family or friends.

I have used them to install my new heat pump, install dishwasher and resolve plumbing problem. Excellent service, great guys!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company January 2017. My furnace stopped working. I was charged just under $200 for a technician to adjust some wires on the "motherboard" on the furnace and was told I needed a new motherboard, it would cost $700 and it would take two weeks for a new one to arrive from back east in Canada. I was also told I needed a new furnace, and so they would only guarantee this newly installed motherboard for 30 days putting it into such an "old" furnace.... A few days later, the furnace died again. A different company had the motherboard replaced in two days with an order from the Lower Mainland, and I don't need a new furnace. Still enjoying a warm house. I have talked to co-workers who were worried about me being so cold in and two told me stories about how they were ripped off by this company. STAY AWAY!

Great service! We called at 3am when we had a burst pipe, and they came out quickly and fixed it, then returned again in the morning because we had another leak. Very knowledgable and professional.
