We've had two jobs done. One, the plumber has serious language knowing my kid was in the house, and made more of a mess than when he started, had to ask for a discount to cover the costs to replace our linens, then had no secure way to pay online is it the 90's still?. The second job, the plumber was fine but we didn't get billed for "four months" officially, but didn't actually receive a bill until almost a year and a half later when presented this week with a bill plus one year interest. We'd never recieved it before, never had any contact from them since to let us know there was an outstanding amount. The amount of admin hassle we've had with this company!! The plumbers might be fine one was, one wasn't, but we'll not be using them again.
