I have never felt so uncomfortable leaving a store. I’m turning 30 weeks from now and I was asked to show I.D that’s not a problem it’s their job. The problem was the judgement I received by body language because I look so young. I was struggling with a new wallet I purchased to grab my I.D. Then payment rolls around. I knew exactly what card I used and I was told otherwise when I questioned why my transaction wasn’t complete. She then challenged me and I was told by her I took out the wrong card when I know for certain the card wasn’t pulled out. I may have reached for it but wasn’t pulled out of my wallet. When I told her what card I took out she should have just left it. The customer should never feel challenged in a misunderstanding.
Not crowded, everything systematically arranged, empty boxes available if you go without carry bag.
Worst customer service I've gotten. Cashier was grumpy as ever. I felt extremely discriminated and like I didn't deserve to be shopping there all because I'm under the age of 30. I work in retail and know hiw extremely inappropriate comments like this are. Will definitely not go back there again.
Always able to find something. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Shop is clean and well organized.
Good choice of product. The layout of the store makes it easy to find product. The staff are helpful and friendly.
