I have never felt so uncomfortable leaving a store. I’m turning 30 weeks from now and I was asked to show I.D that’s not a problem it’s their job. The problem was the judgement I received by body language because I look so young. I was struggling with a new wallet I purchased to grab my I.D. Then payment rolls around. I knew exactly what card I used and I was told otherwise when I questioned why my transaction wasn’t complete. She then challenged me and I was told by her I took out the wrong card when I know for certain the card wasn’t pulled out. I may have reached for it but wasn’t pulled out of my wallet. When I told her what card I took out she should have just left it. The customer should never feel challenged in a misunderstanding.
Not crowded, everything systematically arranged, empty boxes available if you go without carry bag.
