Pretty good beer store, lots of selection, nice staff. Minus 1 star for how the return is set up - right in front of the door. If you are doing returns here you'd better be organized before you go in because clogging up the entrance, unaware of your surroundings... which is pretty inconsiderate. I watched a woman with 2 little girls come in with a truck load of stuff, all loose, and she also had clear bags she hadn't even counted. Fortunately the staff is super quick and helped that doorknob out. But like I said, empties line is in a bad spot so come in ready, counted, and organized.

WOW WOW WOW. the manager Tyler at the Orangeville location is extremely helpful. Great selection, great service, always extremely friendly and competent. The Manager of the beer store really cares and should be in it for the long run.... Deserves a raise.
I usually go to the LCBO for my beer, but a perfect example of why I avoid this place is I bought 250 dollars worth of beer for me and my friends before a camping trip Canada Day and obviously we don't get a receipt because its beer and what do ya know, we get in the middle of nowhere with 6 cases of FLAT beer with no possible way of compensation that is worth driving back for or being called a liar in store. Highly disappointed can not wait until the Ford government ruins this monopoly.

How bad could it b it's the BEER STORE but yes they r helpful and friendly as I'm disabled and they always offer to carry out rain sun or snow I never have to ask they shut down the line and carry it out for me . Thank u beer store employees!!!!!
