I have a limited selection of drinks I can have because of my health and tonight as busy as it was, a wonderful lady named Bobbie went above and beyond by accommodating me and pulling a case of coolers off of a pallet for me. At this time of year customer service is at a low, thank you Bobbie sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong for your superb customer service at this time of year

Very bad experience today first time we visited there but the staff is racist and treated us very badly horrible lcbo in whole ontario very disappointed
Horrible customer service. I was ‘served’ by a grumpy old cashier who sighed and threw a few tantrums at every scan, then he told me to ‘take out the tray myself’ from my shopping cart in a very rude tone as he demonstrated zero patience, and then continues to throw a box for me on the counter on the opposite side beside the window and told me to throw my own cans, and aggressively tossed the receipt in it and just walked away, again sighing. He could not be bothered and just acted frustrated for whatever reason. Absolutely rude, if you are having a bad day and cant smile, don’t, but don’t be rude, say ill and sigh 10x in a 1min transaction. Everyone is fighting their own battle and don’t need your grief.
