Completely disgusting and traumatizing experience. The staff member Sue was viciously disrespectful, unapologetically racist, and treated me with pure contempt. Her tone was aggressively hostile and deliberately provoking, and her behavior was cruel, toxic, and absolutely revolting. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was flat-out dismissed and denied any escalation, which made the situation even more infuriating. I left the store feeling mentally violated, deeply insulted, and utterly sickened. If LCBO allows such a toxic and dangerous individual to serve customers, it speaks volumes about their standards. This was not just bad service — it was emotional abuse. Immediate action is needed.

Small, clean and convenient. This store has a good variety of popular wines and other drinks. If you are looking for anything specific, you may need to order online or go to a bigger store. Overall, nice location with kind employees.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an LCBO. The employee named Sue was extremely rude, dismissive, and outright racist in her tone and behavior.
