LCBO

It's our local LCBO. It's a nice large location, so you get a lot of choice. Staff has varied over the years. There was one particularly grumpy employee there, but we haven't seen her in the last few visits. I was always able to make her smile, but she didn't seem to like her job much. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly. Anyway, besides that, it's a convenient place to get your bevvies.

Train your staff to not be racist and treat all customers equally. When serving out Baileys Salted Caramel samples. Came in to the store today and the staff had such a rude demeanor when I could see she was making conversation and was friendly with the other customer. I waited and had to actually ask for a sample. When she finally did oblige, she poured a tiny amount and I noticed she had poured a much larger sample for the other lady. If the concept of providing samples is to convince customers to try and purchase a product, this clearly wasn’t the case. Guess who won’t be buying baileys this year?

This is a great location.nnThey have very knowledgable staff who go out of their way to help.nnI was looking for Stiegl Radler one of my favourite summer time drinks, you can have a few & not turn into “Fun Bobby” the walk in cooler & the store shelf was empty. I found a sales associate & asked when they were going to restock? Without hesitation she went into the back & pulled out a case for me. Said it just arrived. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!nnThey stock all my favourite wine & often have new selections that are winners. Nice selection of VQA & international. I’m not too flash when it comes to vintages but I can tell you the vintages area looks well stocked.nnThe store is clean & well laid out. You are in n out in a flash. Carts, baskets & boxes are always at the ready.nnParking is plentiful
