There’s an employee here in particular that always impresses me. Either making me chuckle with his comments; or a few times to mention his insight on my purchase has been above and beyond.. haven’t caught his name but he’s the brown fellow with thinning hair… honestly LCBO headquarters.. you’d be lucky to have a guy like him on your team.. he really is an exceptional talent.. my 5 star review is solely based on his performance and I hope he’s recognized for it by corporate just as much as I’ve appreciated my interactions with him

The worker named Sal had to be the worst worker. I went to the checkout and i showed my id he refused to sell it because “im still 18?” Mind you i was born 2006. I told him im turning 20 he said im not. He cant do basic math and he refused service because he couldn’t accept he was wrong. Thanks to the lady worker who helped because Sal was so unprofessional. Unacceptable behaviour

Not nearly enough local brewery products. C'mon Doug Ford isn't this what you want, to support local?!?? Do better, now that the Beer Stores are all closing!

This is a great location.nnThey have very knowledgable staff who go out of their way to help.nnI was looking for Stiegl Radler one of my favourite summer time drinks, you can have a few & not turn into “Fun Bobby” the walk in cooler & the store shelf was empty. I found a sales associate & asked when they were going to restock? Without hesitation she went into the back & pulled out a case for me. Said it just arrived. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!nnThey stock all my favourite wine & often have new selections that are winners. Nice selection of VQA & international. I’m not too flash when it comes to vintages but I can tell you the vintages area looks well stocked.nnThe store is clean & well laid out. You are in n out in a flash. Carts, baskets & boxes are always at the ready.nnParking is plentiful
