Employee with yellow hair was so incredibly rude and thought he was so important. I'm 19 years old and was helping my mother who is legally blind and has a broken arm unload wine bottles on the counter to pay. The anal employee yelled at me demanding my ID when I was not purchasing and had my 54 year old mother with me. He told me to step back even though I had my ID with me. He would not look at my ID and made my injured mother load everything herself. I'm incredibly disappointed at this employees stupidity and rudeness. He needs to check himself.
Great service the guy helped me find some great beers to try out.
Every LCBO I visit has the same vibe which is nice. The staff are friendly & know their stuff, it’s easy to navigate & find what you’re looking for if you’re already set on something specific!
I do love this Trainyards location. It’s so central in the city - it’s easy to get to with three HWY 417 interchanges not too far away. Innes, St. Laurent & RiversidennHuge parking lot although whatever developer or city planner decided on making a maze of all the parking lots at Trainyards should be fired and never again allowed to plan parking lots in Canada!nnBUT, what I would LOVE to see here, now that Farm Boy has moved to its own flagship location across the way - is for LCBO to take over the existing space. How about we make this the flagship store instead of Rideau? No one enjoys going down there, drivers or otherwise. It’s feels so unsafe and everyone is constantly accosted in the parking lot at Rideau / King Edward. So many robberies and a ton of security - but I never feel like my expensive purchases are protected on the walk to my car at LCBO #38nnHow about we expand this store #41 and make it the best one in Ottawa. A bigger whisky shop? A tasting bar? Expand the vintages section. What about an area for pop-up brand shops/pods like you have at store #511 King and Spadina & #217 Queens Quay and Cooper in Toronto? I would drive here over downtown Ottawa / Rideau Street any day, and I think a lot of your key demographic for the events held at the Tasting Bars etc would agree. EXPAND THIS STORE!

And be more helpful.. not making problems and need to learn how to find solutions and be more respectful I spent over 10 000k Today at lcbonAnd I wanted to buy more things my second bill was 3200k I couldn’t pay it because I pass the limits and i didn’t know there is limits anyway I told him fine will bring cash he was like oooo I don’t want to work double will put everything back when u have the money we will bring it back with ugly face
