I went to this LCBO location because I was coaching in the area and will never set foot there again. In the beginning, everything was okay, and besides the fact that this was a tiny store, I could find everything I needed. When I went to one of the only two cashiers, the old dark-haired lady didn't even say hello before rudely asking for ID while banging the two glass bottles on the counter. I was slightly shocked because I had never been asked to show my ID at a store before, but of course, I was flattered she thought I looked younger than 19. Hence, I kindly asked her to hold the products while I quickly ran to the car to grab my wallet. It took probably only 1 minute, and when I returned, I just said here and put my ID on the counter. She started yelling that I was giving her attitude and hid the products behind the counter, saying she refused to provide a service for me, and started walking away?! I was taken aback because I've never been treated this horribly before after being in other stores, cities, and countries. After a long day, I was tired and just ignored the disrespect. I went to the only other cashier in the store, asking if he was available. Suddenly, she came running from a little room on the side and started yelling at the older male employee, telling him not to let me buy anything. I couldn't understand why I was suddenly being treated like a criminally insane person. So I just went to call my mom as I was proceeding to the exit to tell her that I wouldn't be able to get what she asked me for, and as I was on the phone, the same angry lady started yelling next to my ear that I was giving her attitude so my mom could hear it. I didn't even see a name tag on the employee's chest to grab her name. I was too exhausted to look for a manager and wanted to forget about it. I got in the car and drove to the LCBO next to my house, which we usually go to, and it was like a breath of fresh air after such a traumatic experience.
I called customer service if they had a specific liquor in stock and they immediately hung up on me

One of the best places at LCBO to get kosher wine, very basic spirits but the esencial, very convenient locate with very friendly and helpful stuff.
