The variety of products here is excellent, and the staff delivers top-notch service to all customers. Today, Jeniffer helped you, and the customer service she provided was outstanding. This location at Royal York and Bloor is very well stocked. Staff are knowledgeable, and if something is missing from the shelf, just ask, and they will bring it out if its in the back. They have a very large wine selection in the back. Very convenient location right outside of the subway back entrance.
Alain approached us out of the blue to ask if we needed help. What a gentleman who has exquisite attention to detail. He brought three examples of wines for us to taste and took the time to walk ed all the elements of the wines. Everyone needs to experience this level of customer service. He even suggested a taquila which I don’t like. He changed my mind about tequila. Thanks for your service!
An evil woman who works there tonight didn't let me in having e-scooter that Iwas safely in my hands.nSo I couldn't make a purchase and my attempt to be green also failed not to mention that they only have paid parking near the store,which is quite inconvenient.nHad no issues getting in and buying with an e'-scooter before there.nNot good at all, especially since they plan a strike!nI think we should have more independent liquor stores instead as other provinces do.
This is an outstanding LCBO store. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the customer service is great. The bright, open layout of the store is excellent and everything is very easy to find. The vintages section has a very wide selection of excellent wines and spirits. With the large walk-in beer fridge there is always a terrific selection on ice.
