I'm an out of state (New Mexico) client so I never met Lauren face to face. My siblings and I needed an attorney to settle an issue with our later father's estate. I found her on Google when looking for an attorney in the Elgin area.Even though we never met, and even though we never consumed more than a handful of her billable hours, she treated us as important clients: calls and emails returned same-day or with 24 hours latest; direct yet personable advice; and we got the outcome we were seeking.
