Have used Charles Nave services since 2001 and he is the best in what he does with very reasonable rates. From home closings, preparation of wills for myself, wife and parents to civil hearings and eviction hearings, I wouldn't want anyone else by my side in court.

Lazy, uninformed and disorganized!! I Chuck Nave for my divorce for longer than I'm happy with. When situations came up with my ex-wife I was the one left bringing ideas to the table instead of him telling me what we can do. He also handled a family members divorce and I hear the same thing from him. When complications with my ex-wife happened which involved visitation interference with my son I asked him if certain things can be done to which he said that it wouldn't be possible. With my new attorney however I was told that extended vacation time for the next year as a consequence for her interfering with vacation time the year before is actually part of Illinois Law which he seemed to not know. I will never recommend him to anybody so be careful if you do choose to use him. I am quite frankly shocked that he seems to have such glowing reviews!

Horrible manners. Acts like a kid in front of the judge. Always tells you the worst news you don't want to hear. Then you goto court. He was lieing.
