So I've been to a few dealerships looking to buy my first bike and Laval moto was, by a long shot, the best overall experience.  I was never pressured, the folks there seemed more than happy to answer my questions and in the end I ended up buying. Their prices are also very reasonable, I can't wait until I get to pick up my ride :)

Good service, knowledgeable. One important note is they didn't talk down to my girlfriend, which is all too common for women riders at motorcycle shops.

Huge selection of parts and accessories on place in this beautiful store. It's huge! Might want to shop around before having work done on your motorcycle for a more competitive price. I'm sure they do great work but charging $30 +tax just to install a valve in a rim that has already been removed is a little exaggerated. Had it done for $12 somewhere else.
