Be very careful of this company. They did a job on my neighbours house and mine back in 2012. They were very nice before the job started, during the job, then after they got paid we never heard from them again. We had a few issues come up from storms, wind damage, but after a few unreturned phone calls, we were informed they had closed down/switched into another business name. They sent over one man to "seal" something, and the issue was repaired temporarily, but after a few more wind storms there was a leak and when we called the new company there was no response, no call out, they wanted to charge $350 for an emergency repair call out plus the cost of repair. In the long run, we went with another company. Now in 2016 they are back to work as Laurentian Roofing, same employees, same owners. I know this because they are working on a roof near my work, and I was surprised to hear their name. They are apparently working as a subcontractor for another roofing company, and doing their own jobs (I had a conversation with one of their employees). I just wanted to warn the general public about this company. They disappeared in 2012 only to return in 2016, suddenly are BBB Accredited (which is a paid affiliation with BBB), and working back on roofs again. Something smells a bit funny.

I cannot comment on their expertise, since the job was done about a year ago and there has been no leakage etc yet, and I did not compare theirs to others. However, after the job was done, when I had follow up questions, there was no response at all. I believe this company cares about clients before they get the job but not after.
