Tim & Kim were very easy to work with. We were re-roofing my senior mom's home and they were very understanding to how the commotion may upset her. The workers were extremely respectful and polite when dealing with my mom. The yard was cleaned and all the debris was removed. The workmanship was excellent. My sanitary sewer line plugged during the downpour in October 2017. KR&D came to the rescue and implemented a temporary fix in very short order to allow us to continue to live in the house while they went on with the permanent fix. KR&D replaced the rotten sewer line from my house to the street and at the same time replaced the clean water line from the street to my house. I was impressed with how efficiently they did all the work in bad weather and without mechanical machinery. I am very happy to recommend KR&D.

Kim was professional. He went up on the roof to take a proper look and then discussed in detail what was necessary. The roof was done quickly and there was negligible disruption and they cleaned up the site really well. This is our third project with them - they repaired stairs and drain tiles. In all cases they communicated well and worked hard and were courteous. Quality work at a reasonable rate. Their prices weren't high and I'm glad I went with them rather than the "low ball" quote where I'm confident I wouldn't have gotten the same service or quality.

Used Kerrisdale Roofing & Drains replace my water main. They did an excellent job, clean up was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Tim and his team did first class work on our Church roof. He can be a bit 'stretched' at times, but overall I would recommend Kerrisdale roofing to anyone.
