Awesome people. Super nice area. Close to what ever you like to do.

I have relatives that are seasonals here. Everybody is very friendly here, however I feel the things to do are limited for children. They have a pool, and a typical playground park, and roads go in a circle all day for riding a bike. Not much for special events unless it's a holiday.
