Across from an electric sub-station that hums constantly.  There is a private  weekend shooting range within a 1/4 mile of the campground. If one is looking for peace and quiet and sounds of nature, this isn't it!

While the campground and staff itself were totally fine I wish I had looked at the satellite map before booking - it's next to both a large power plant site and a road. The plant lets out a very loud droning sound while the road had motorcycles on it a few feet from our site. Overall, while I'm sure this was well-intentioned and ok if you're in an RV if I wanted noise and motorcycles I would've stayed in the city. I didn't sleep all night and was very disappointed with this location.

I love this place.It is clean and has beautiful trails to walk.a good place to get exercise because of all the steep hills and fresh air.
