I don’t understand the hate in these reviews, maybe people have too much time on their hands and feel the need to complain about everything ‍. My wife and I just visited this store and got ice cream and some snacks for new years and could not have had a better experience. The girl working there I think her name was Liv? was great to deal with and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning, keep up the great job Liv! if that is your real name
Would not take my sale yesterday. Register wasn't working, employee wouldn't except cash. Excat change. Told me to come back the next day. Ridiculous. More training required for this store. They legit walk out at mall closing time. So obviously they've already shut down the till and gave up. I see them standing with coats on at 10 minutes to close. Great way to retain customers. Not.
Friendly staff but Christmas products that should be in abundance were not even coming in until the 21st. Out of tons of stock and no gift bags. Head office has let this outlet down big time. Drove over an hour and they had nothing I wanted. Unfortunate but I will not be coming back. Call before you visit so you won't ve disappointed.
Lovely little store in the mall, the teenager who worked there by herself on a Sunday was so patient with my son who didn’t know what flavour of ice cream he wanted. She let him take his time looking at the varieties before deciding on Super Kid, which is usually always sold out.
We here approximately 20 minutes before close and the lady ignored me for about 5 minutes. Then I asked if I could get sugar free chocolate she said only if I was paying debit as she had already taken the till off. I replied by reminding her that they are open till 6 and should be working till 6pm. Not telling customers that they are only welcome if paying debit not cash! Insane.
I went there today to inquire about their no sugar added chocolate and was treated as if I were an annoyance. The employee took a while to even acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front of her. Once acknowledged I asked if the no sugar added had any sugar at all and was given a shrug as a reply. I asked if she could check the nutrition facts on the back of the package as it was behind the counter and I couldn’t check it for myself and she sighed and instead checked the shipping boxes the chocolate came in, said it only says the ingredients and then walked out from behind the counter and started arranging shelves. I apologized since it seemed as if I was bothering her and asked if she could check the back of the actual chocolate bar package to see if it had nutrition facts on the back like the other bars and she wouldn’t and said it only showed the ingredients which honestly doesn’t make any sense as all the other bars showed the facts. I simply wanted to see if I could buy chocolate there for my diabetic boyfriend for valentines days and was treated as if she couldn’t be bothered. I found her to be rude and unhelpful and will not be spending money there ever.
Absolutely worst customer experience!! Strongly recommend not to visit this store and waste your time!
10/10 yummy & friendly service!
It's alright. Good quality, lots of selection besides the ice cream, there isn't much to choose from and very pricey.
You can get stuff for gifts, Great customer service but Very pricey!
