The workers at this location went above & beyond to help us find a cake for my moms birthday. The gal working the front even went and got a cake in the back in my moms favourite colour because there wasn’t any in the freezer out front. 10/10 recommend this location!!

I used to come to this location a lot... They removed triple chocolate brownie warm from their menu.. Why would they do that?!!! That was the only reason I kept going... now I rather get kawarta ice cream , which is located beside.

If i could do 0 stars i would. From personally working at a DQ for 4 years when i was 15 to knowing Don the owner who i’m not sure is the owner anymore This dq is possibly the worst customer service branch that i have been to. Not once do they say hi or have a great day. They’re rude over the speaker they’re rude at the window. Especially who ever works drive thru at night. Terrible. Do we not train teenagers to be a little kinder to customers? Least try saying have a great day or something. Whoever manages this branch should retrain. As for no one wearing hair nets? Disgusting. Long blonde hair with no hair net ya no thanks. As for the ashburnham DQ 10/10 always the nicest but chemong same thing retrain your staff and put a hair net on. Will never come back to this location!

Always enjoy the ice cream but it took a long time to get our order considering there were only 3 of us in the drive thru.Food: 5/5

fairly quick service despite a long drive thru line when I arrived. quality was good and every order of blizzards and ice cream was full to the brim. Good selection of menuFood: 4/5

The staff must be stoned on the regular at this location. They don't take your order right, they try to sell you what you didn't ask for and one time they were literally playing and giggling with some dudes through the drive thru window while taking my order and handling my food. I don't care enough to talk to a manager but they ain't managing much at this DQ hahahaha

This location is usually busy but selection of cakes were good. The writing on my birthday cake was a little subpar but acceptable.. lol

The service was good. The blizzards were very tasty. Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is right at the door.

Ordered a meal for my granddaughter whose is 2, fries were cold and hard, and received NO ice cream, for 6.39$ quite disappointing Food: 1/5

Tried to get food here on new years eve 2022 and no staff was willing to take our order. Lights on but no one on the speaker. Looks like they were hiding as clearly there were vehicles in the parking lot. It was at 6 PM...
