The laser was not effective at all. I think it's important for a company to listen to their customers. I am not happy with my results and the receptionist and the lady who did my laser Tana didn't care to listen. Rather they fought with me and said I can buy another package and see what happens. They call themselves "professionals," I came in and the receptionist was laying on the couch. Didn't even care to greet the customers. Not only that, she fought with me because I wasn't happy with my results, trying to prove how this is the best laser place in Mississauga. CLEARLY not. Don't recommend this place to anyone, especially after being treated this way. Also they will steal your money. Do not pay any money for a deposit to book an appointment, they will rob you blind and take your money. Shame on this business
I’ve never written a bad review for anything before but this place deserves ZERO STARS! There’s a reason this place has such a low rating. This is by far, the worst, most unprofessional, unorganized spa I’ve been to. They take a deposit that they don’t return and do not respond or call back when it’s time to refund the deposit. They book appointments on a certain day and then send an email for a “missed appointment” on an earlier date. I have emailed and called many times and have not heard back from them for weeks now. I’m so disappointed and disgusted in the owner who does not care about people at all. This business should be ashamed of themselves and just close down. Unbelievable.Service: Laser hair removal

Beware: - they will take $50 as a deposit - claim to return the $50 after the set of appointments are complete The catch? They don’t give you the last appointment, never return the $50, nor reschedule your appointment it is close to a year now and this fact remains true. Further, they will relentlessly email you despite sending requests to be removed from the mailing list, and reporting the emails as spam. They now have an “unsubscribe” feature, here’s hoping the nuisance ends with this!Service: Laser hair removal
Never again this is just soo stupid. I had an emergency I need it to bring my 4 years old they were like u can’t do it. Then next time kids got sick I couldn’t go cause she was with me. They charged me for not coming what am I spose to do. Very poor customer service. For the services I been going for a while didn’t see any difference each time I ask they were this is a technology it won’t stop the hair from growing right away but will stay longer to come back. I mean I did 10 sections I think it’s good enough amount of time for me to see some results.
I’ve been coming to Laser pro med spa for a few years now and I’m beyond happy with the service, results and knowledge. Tana has been doing my facials and chemical peels with me for almost a year and she’s taught me a lot about my skin and helped me on a path to be happy with it, she’s so knowledged and passionate about what she does as well which is what makes the experience even better. Tana is someone who will take the time to help you understand your skin, concerns and wishes. She is so passionate about skin and helping others, and it makes me happy to come in and have her work with my skin. She’s helped me with my acne, congested skin, texture and discolouration and I feel much more confident in my skin too. They are always accommodating with my laser, appointments and concerned. I would like to point out that as long as you follow the policies there would be zero issues, it’s important to understand that this is a business and a policy is a policy. If you’re looking for someone here to get laser and chemical peels, PLEASE come here and see tana…she will be very upfront, and honest about pricing, procedures and the things you must do in order to be helped. Company asked me to pay a $50.00 deposit in case of cancellation without notification and would reimburse upon completion of package. I never cancelled and arrived for all my treatments on time. Bennie my technician however was great. I asked for the money back when I was done the treatments and was told “ you will be in queue for a refund”. That refund never happened. I then called back two weeks later and was told exactly the same thing again. I have since followed up with two emails and nobody has returned my emails. I still have not gotten the $50 that was charged to my account back. Buyer beware. They have no problem taking your money but will not pay you back what is owed. DO NOT PAY a deposit!!
My daughter and I have been going to LaserPro med spa for quite some time.. the service, expertise and friendliness is always amazing! Tana and Benny are both very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to ensure your treatments are effective. I would highly recommend going to LaserPro for all your laser, facial and beauty treatments.. you will not be disappointed!
I am very impressed with the state of the art technology. The spa has spared no expense, and the staff is absolutely amazing! The Manager Tana is professional and knowledgeable, she specifically tailored my treatment and made me look and feel 10 years younger
To begin, my wife saw a deal via Groupon for various services offered by this business for a great price discounted prices over their regular prices. Who wouldn't want to utilize services from an establishment for a discounted price? My wife spoke to an individual by Tamia or Tanny - didn't catch the name accurately who informed my Mrs of the process of booking including having to pay a deposit of $20 with credit card. My Mrs was advised that $20 is charged in case she misses an appointment or is late and hence that is their justification to charge that fee. We were told that if she attends all appointments on time, the $20 will be refunded. The appointment was set for July 20, 2022 at 11:30am I and my wife heard this day and time very clearly via the car speakers. On the day and time of the appointment, my wife arrived early 10 minutes early - at approximately 11:20am. Upon arriving, she went to the front door and it was locked. She knocked on the door and no answer. She then continued waiting thinking someone from the business would show up but as time passed, no one showed up. My wife even called the business and no one answered the phone just an answering machine. My wife called me out of frustration and then I called the business. Indeed there was no answer just an answering machine. There was not even a sign on the door indicating anything. Finally around 12 noon after waiting 40 minutes, my Mrs left the business in tears. At the time of 11:30am, I instructed my Mrs to take video and pictures to be used as evidence that she was there at the date and time for the appointment so that there would be no arguments about that later on. After making another telephone call, I left a message demanding the business reimburse our $20 plus pay an additional $20 for our travel expense and time. Later that same day, I called the business again and finally got through to an individual named Benny. After telling my side of the store, she was unprofessional and rude to me she kept on speaking over me. She stated that after checking the records, the appointment was supposed to be at 10:30am not 11:30am. She stated they were with another client at 11:30am and for privacy reasons, keep the doors locked and don't answer telephone calls. I am of the opinion Benny advised me that is because this methodology is to cover themselves using smoke and mirrors. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I was advised by Benny that she'll consult with the owner of the business, Adrian, and will return my call within 24 hours to see what can be done. 24 hours past, then 48 hours, then 72 hours, then here now 7 days later, no one has contacted me. In conclusion, from the above facts, I'm sure you can reach a verdict and see why I call this business a SCAM. Next steps, if anyone else had this happen to them or a similar incident, please let's get in touch through another platform as I would like to proceed with civil litigation and/or a class-action law suit against this business for operating in an unethical manner only to benefit their bottom line. I am willing to pursue civilly with this business in a short period of time. The business failed to: 1 render the services we payed for via Groupon 2 return my phone calls to come to a mutually agreeable outcome 3 charged my credit card $20 and failed to refund the monetary amount plus an additional $20 for wasting our time To take them to court will cost approximately $686 to file the papers and their will be additional legal fees to pay lawyers and court costs. We can recover that amount too and demand our legal fees be reimbursed by this business as they are placing us in this situation. Further complaints can be filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
