Story

At LaSalle Fitness, we are dedicated to being LaSalle’s premier fitness facility by improving people’s lives through health and fitness. Our goal is to provide a diversity of programs, a clean and safe environment, as well as a friendly and professional staff to help our members achieve their health and fitness goals. Member satisfaction is how we measure our success!

At LaSalle Fitness I am always pleased with the clean facility along with the staff. There is a wide variety of equipment whether you like weights, cardio, group classes or swimming. The complex is spacious with very supportive and welcoming members and staff. I really enjoy the wide variety of classes that take place every day. Overall, I have had an amazing experience at LaSalle Fitness and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gym in the local community.

I'm a current resident in LaSalle Fitness. They have pretty much all the equipment I need with pool and sauna. New management, nice staff, clean and tidy environment. Overall, it is a great place to workout!

I have been a member LAF for 2 years and always loved the environment. Great atmosphere, community, and overall cleanliness, with all the equipment I need! It's awesome to have classes and pool included in my membership as well, as I like to have the opportunity to change up my workout!

My name is Lisa and I have been a member of LaSalle Fitness since March 2017. Being a single mom and working I fell into a slump. The facility and staff at LaSalle Fitness helped me get my motivation back. The staff have made it easy for me to continue reaching my goals.

LaSalle Fitness is pretty much everything you could ask for in a facility. It's clean, has a good range of equipment available, and makes very good usage of the the space it occupies. The staff are friendly and helpful(Nathan was wonderful) , and the other members are respectful. I was very impressed by the range of cardio, circuit train ing equipment and the variety for free weights at this gym. Doesn't matter if you are looking to get big, strong, ripped, join group classes or just starting out; this facility has all what you need to achieve your fitness goals.
