Great, quiet gym. All the machines you could ask for and then some. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs. Tanning is offered but not included in membership. Morning day care is included. Weekend hours could be more convenient be being open later. Cash bar for pre and post drinks. Membership is definitely pricey considering all of the pop-up $10/mo gyms lately. It's worth it for me due to proximity to home plus how low-traffic it is. Never have to wait for machine and everyone who goes here knows proper gym etiquette!

I've been a member for 3 years now and am very satisfied with the facilities. Equipment is almost always available. I love the fact that it's rarely busy and there are times when I'm at the gym alone which is awesome. The only downfall is that they could update their rubber bands and medicine balls. The equipment can be more updated. Staff is super friendly!

I really like this place. it looks so inviting and great to work out. it has its own private parking and lots of workout machines on site. highly recommended for Lasalle residents.

What an easy experience. Walking in to a friendly, non intimidating facility with helpful staff is first step to being successful! All 3 locations are clean and well kept!! Check them out for yourselves!
