I don't like posting bad reviews, but I feel like this one shouldn't go unnoticed. I went in last week to drop off a few items, one item having wax drippings on it. I pointed out the wax spots on my cashmere sweater and asked if it was possible to get them out. He replied in a snarky tone "You brought it here to get cleaned right?" I said, "Ok, well should you mark the spots so they don't get baked in?" He said "No, just leave everything on the counter and that's all you have to do." Um, what about my last name and telephone number? I would assume you would need that to contact me or at least put the clothes with a correct last name? Nothing. So I took the initiative and gave him my last name and phone number. I asked for a receipt, once again, nothing. So I left the store, sat in my car for a minute, then came to the conclusion I didn't trust them with my sweater. So I ran back in and grabbed it out of my pile still sitting on the counter. While I was in there, the customer after me kept telling the kid behind the counter, "Those aren't my clothes, neither are those." Needless to say, the kid working behind the counter was high on marijuana, and I mean VERY high. His eyes were barely open, and he was functioning at the rate of a snail. It was hard to watch. His eyes were bloodshot and he never made eye contact once. So, come this week, my fiancé still never got the call that his clothes were ready, so he went in today to see what the deal was. And of course, they couldn't locate any of his stuff. Obviously, clothing that needs to be dry cleaned isn't cheap. This is a very frustrating situation and I feel I should call out this cleaner on their negligence.
