Reynolds Laundromat

Best laundry Matt I've come across in the Toledo. The staff is very friendly and nice and the girls I've dealt with in the evenings are amazing. When dropping off my clothes they are quick and get it back to me ASAP I will diffently use them when I'm in town!!

So I have been a customer here for almost a year. I've had articles of clothing come up missing, the door has been locked before the stated time of 10pm on there door. And tonight I went to pick up my laundry TWENTY minutes before they closed and the worker (who was inappropriately dressed in a very short skirt and flip flops) told me she had already mopped the floors and couldn't get to the laundry. I pay a high price to have them do my laundry and I'm honestly irate that she couldn't just pick it up from the back room and re mop? Are you kidding me seriously lady you were too lazy to re mop one section so I could get my clothes?! The most annoying part is the fact there were other customers in the store still finnishing their laundry and you are telling me THEY can get there laundry and I CAN'T?! Now I have no clean work shirt for tomorrow and no bed or blankets in my entire house. Thanks for ruining my day, you've lost one of your most frequent customers due to straight laziness on your employees part.

Lost 5$ to the change machine. Was not refunded, then lost 18 quarters to one of the large load machines. And to top it off when I finally got my laundry"done" they clothes were still soaked. Not happy

Was not a fan of this place. Isn't well maintained.. The dryers barely get the laundry dry and even with a few things in the washers the clothes still come out uncleaned... I went once and it was enough for me. Almost all of the dryers had out of order signs on them and the employee who was working was very rude to everyone..
