Larry Berg Flight Path Park

Now is the best time to visit this park since you can have the cherry blossom for your pictures too. Usually people come here for the plane watching but the air quality is not so good. It's better to visit here not the busy time because the parking is not enough.

If you are there like me to see plane landing and take off you will need to wait for long time. Take off is next to no visible but few domestic small plane do land in a long interval. Parking is easy pass the small c shaped parking lot and make a first right you can stop your car and watch. Not so child friendly if your child runs around.

Nice park at the end of a runway. Good place to sit and do some plane watching. However, not that many planes takeoff from this runway so you have to sit for a while to see a couple of planes.

Took my kid here for the first time to play on the globe coz he's finally old enough. Unfortunately it's been fenced off. It's just an ordinary park now. There are better place to look at airplanes.

It's not really good place to enjoy airplane spotting if the North runway is in use at YVR. When I visit here, Almost all aircraft was landing on North runway. It's definitely good place to bring kids though.

It is really an unique park! I love all the installment right their, there are paper airplane-like benches, miniature runways, a globe and some education installments. and of coz you can enjoy seeing the flights take off and landing, and we are lucky enough to see a rainbow at that day! such a good place to spend some time in the evening. would highly recommend everyone to at least visit once regardless you are a flight enthusiast or not!

Cute little park right under the YVR flight path. The little ones will have fun watching all the planes for sure. Parking lot very small and right off a busy road so be sure to keep a good eye out for kids.

A family favorite of ours to visit at sunset. The park can make for some amazing pictures and is right underneath the flight path landing at yvr south terminal so plane watching is in your face. Off to the side is million air where you can sometimes see private jets come and go and also a heliport where helicopters come and go often. My kids absolutely love all aircraft so right now it's one of our places to go.

It’s nice place specially for flights and plane lovers.can seat and see the takeoff and landing plane on the YVR airport.

This is the park where people come to watch planes taking off or landing. The park is at the east end of the main runway. There is a globe on the ground showing the northern hemisphere. Also, scale model of the three runways are in the park complete with the lights and markings. There are panels showing interesting information about the Vancouver International Airport. It is a nice spot to spend sometime. There are benches and picnic tables.
