Garden City Park

Such a nice park to walk around. Peaceful pond with fountain, and lots of ducks. Bunnies and greenery..lovely. Playground is awesome.

It was a nice place to take the kids yesterday, got different play things. They have a water feature, that shows them how a dam works and how rivers or smaller channels join into bigger ones/ seas.. And how water wheels work. They have 2 small trampolines there and couple of slides. There's free parking for 2 hours, so that's good. There's a trail for adults to go for a walk. There's a nice park also with picnic tables and they were all full with families enjoying the sunny day with their BBQ. Nice place to bring the kids.

This park has a very fun playground for kids including 2 slides, and 2 trampolines. The arboretum is also very educational. Overall, I think this is an excellent park!

A tranquil park with a spectacular view. Totally worth a visit!

Great place to enjoy the Sunny weather.. Just walk around and appreciate nature, the birds and rabbits too.

This is the best park I have ever been to! All parks should be like this cuz it's all in one. Water park... Playground... Skateboard park, nature, animals, education, lake... Flowers.... Photo ops, trampolines, so well designed. Amazing!

Fun park, great for little and big dogs in the off leash area. Nice to see wildlife being taken care of here

A fantastic fun bike track park with areas for all ages! My kids loved watching the adults and big kids go down the big hills, while zooming around on the smaller hills. There is water and a hose provided to wet the ground if it is too dusty and slippy.

My child loves to go there looking for rabbits & ducks. Occasionally you can spot turtles in the ponds. Playground can get quite crowded on weekends. Yes bring a mask.

Garden City Park also has: Basketball and tennis courts, 2 parking lots, one on Granville to the south, the other Alberta St to the north, Very nice unleased dog park, Trails around a large pond, Motor cross for bikes. Man-made stream for kids in the warmer months, Can often see groups singing, dancing and doing Tai Chi in the mornings, And lots of people walking with and without dogs. Playground: Very nice play ground with a stream for kids in the warmer seasons. Nicely landscaped with large pieces of driftwood. Restrooms: Close to the playground. Has a water fountain. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly. Enclosed off-leash dog area to the south-side of the Park along Granville next to 1 of 2 parking lots. Picnic area: Picnic tables, benches and lots of grassy areas available. Many trees to lay a blanket under. However lots of goose poop in their migration seasons.
