They do a good job for being short staffed.

I was in and out of this DMV faster than any other DMV I've ever been to. What usually is an all day event took less than 15min and that's with waiting in the incorrect line first. I loved that the staff was also very nice and friendly.

I’ve been dreading having to get my car registered here after hearing a few negative stories. The real experience was anything but negative. The folks at the clerk’s office were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and got me where I needed to be with little trouble. Danielle with the license office was very friendly and patient while I dug through all the paperwork to get my plates taken care of. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I’m sure there are times where the lines are long, but I didn’t see it.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My husband went to register his truck and they were negligent and overlooked the check the dealership wrote out for the sales tax and overcharged him ALMOST $1400 for sales tax even after my husband said something was wrong and that the amount didn't seem right. We had to go in 3 different times due to problems they kept giving us. They also need to work on their customer service skills because I feel like only one person that I've dealt with so far was nice.

Never mailed my title for camper as said they would

The worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero, I would have. They screwed up my registration paper and lack any empathy for their mistake.

Worst customer service and not patient or willing to explain like an adult.

In order to get a title on your vehicle that doesn't run you will have to wait in line 3 times all said and done. First to switch the title to you. Second to pay your taxes on the vehicle. And then again to get it filed. With the pace they assist people expect to have a long wait even if your second in line.

I have gotten plates and registration 7 times in 5 states and I have never had such a smooth and pleasant experience as I have getting licenses plates and registration for 4 different vehicles here over the last two years. Thank you so much for being so helpful and friendly
