Small business owner. I was with this firm way to long, over 10 years and thousands of dollars in mistakes, poor advice and just reprehensible service. Won't take long to find a much better company.

Worst place ever...They did everything without asking me for information...We were going to pay 1500 and went to H&R and end up getting 2500...Now they want us to pay when we never submit or sign the taxes with them...Nobody charge unless the taxes are submited...The secretary is super disrespectful and can't answer questions wuthout getting mad..

Very confusing operation. They automatically file an extension on everyone. I turned it my tax packet the end of February and didn't get my return back until the second week of May, past the April 15th deadline. I'm finding someone else
