We closed with them in spring of 2022 because it was easier due to the buyers closing their. Terrible experience since then. They missed one of the parcels we bought and didn’t catch that property taxes hadn’t been paid. Once contacted they said they would call us back and confirm they were getting it fixed, that never happened so for the third week I have to call them and see if they have lost the information we sent them again. This terrible customer service was repeated for both issues we had.I would highly suggest using town square title. Extremely responsive and professional and always know what is going on.

We use Laramie County Abstract routinely and AWLAYS have pheonomenal results and superior customer service. The entire staff goes above and beyond in identifying solving problems seamless to me as a customer. I can't recommend their staff and services enough.
Let me tell you!! This place rocks! I have never had a bad closing with Amanda at LCA & always so efficient! I highly recommend using them to close on your home whether buying or selling! A buyer & seller are free to choose any title company you want to work with! It's a large investment, use the best!
