Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Dr. Lapp was also a great teacher to his intern.

I found him to lack empathy be very condescending and very rough during the examination. I went in for knee arthritis needed a cortisone shot took him three times of jabbing me before he got shot in my knee . I will not be returning to this doctor . Before I left I mentioned that if this cortisone shot works on my knee it could be life-changing he turned to me and said I think you got more in your life to work on than just getting your knee better. Not sure what he meant but found him to be very rude. Horrible bedside manner the only reason he's gets two stars for me is because the cortisone shot actually worked .

3 appointments. nothing accomplished. said they reviewed all my imaging.... got there and they dint even have records after I sent with pocket health . Called me a hypochondriac in the appointment. Long story short.. ive found out from a specialist I broke my neck 2 years prior which was easily visible if someone looked and have severe spine damage. I'm finally getting somewhere with help. Either he Didn't care to help or had more severe cases to attend to.. either way not the guy to go see.....

To the point and professional, everything I'm looking for in a medical specialist. Answered all of my questions.
