I picked up a Volvo V40 on Thursday after searching for one for ages! I’ve wanted a blue V40 for a while, and City Motors had the perfect one, which I picked up a day before my birthday so it was a lovely early gift for me!! From start to finish, the service was excellent. City Motors dealt with the finance on my previous car saving me a stressful job. The car was extremely clean internally and externally on pick up, and also looked like the tires were brand new. I am over the moon with the car and appreciate the brilliant service I received through out the entire process. Thank you so so much ! Also to top it off, a 6 month warranty! Which is brilliant in comparison to other garages who can give 3 months or less. Absolute pleasure to deal with city motors and I hope to again in the future!
Bought an Audi A5 3ltr quatro from these guys. Dealt with a young man called Saf, got to say I was very dubious about purchasing a car on line and parting with my money before physically seeing the car. Saf sent me all the details and did a video walk round and we did the deal which includes a 2 year premium warranty which hopefully I won't need and through in delivery. I've got to say the car is great it purrs like a beast and drives like silk cheers Saf I love it. Just one criticism if you got your delivery guys to run it through a local car wash just before delivery it would be even better.
I recently brought a BMW series one from city motors, The customer service was excellent. I had a couple of issues with the car once I got it home I phone them and they resolved the issues promptly and without any dispute. I would recommend this garage.
Very nice family run business, went above an beyond to ensure I got the car and very reasonable part ex on my old car too. Pleasure to do business with them an would highly recommend to others. Professional an attention to detail cannot be questioned.
We bought a car online from this garage and dealt with Saf, we didn't test drive as we lived miles away from the garage,so we decided to have it delivered to us at a cost and part x my car,the communication and transaction went very smoothly and car delivered very quickly and on the day that was confirmed. Unfortunately there was a problem with the the gearbox which meant the car was undrivable,we contacted the garage and spoke to Saf who was extremely helpful and apologetic ,without hesitated agreed to collect the car and bring my car back and refund me . I have now got my car back and a refund and this was done very quickly with no hassle at all,I would certainly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a used car,we were just unlucky with that car,I would certainly use them again if changing my car again in the future,keep up the good work Saf ,it was a pleasure doing business with you even though things didn't go to plan.
Bought a Nissan qashqai in June 2022 and I had problems with the drive shafts,I took the car to my mechanic and both drive shafts were replaced. I contacted City Motors and they were happy to reimburse me for the repair which they did. I definitely recommend them.
The owner of this garage sold us a car that was not road worthy and is extremely dangerous. After paying 2000 for the car we left to drive home and was nearly involved in a fatal accident due to the condition of the car. Two independent mechanics said that the car was so bad we were luck to be alive! Owner refused a refund or to fix the car. Please be aware that these people are nothing but scum!
Bought an Audi A4 from here a couple of weeks ago. The car is in excellent condition and works flawlessly. The customer service was excellent and they are a really nice bunch of guys. Delivery was a few hours late due to the driver arriving at the garage late. However City motors were very apologetic and gave me an update as soon as the driver left. Overall an incredibly easy and nice experience and would recommend them highly. Was a joy to do business with them and I know here to look should I need a different car in the future. Thanks guys!!
I have never had a better experience and an excellent customer service when buying a car as much as I experienced on this occasion from City Motors. From start to finish, it was smooth sailing. Even offered to pick me up from the main station when I went to pick the car up did not expect that Great, friendly & very efficient service from all who was involved.
