We traded in a vehicle and bought one here. We were taken care of by Ed, who was amazing. He genuinely wanted the best for us and we never felt pressured. They were super easy to deal with and very helpful. When I got my car from them I was back and forth between Toronto for school, they did what they could through phone calls. My only complaint really is not being informed that cars do not come with a spare and an emergency jack and wrench. Found out when I was in the situation, rather than before. It would have been good to know verbally before hand that I would need to provide those items myself.
I was well taken care of from the time I got to the dealer right until the deal was done and I was driving home in my beautiful like new car. I cant express the appreciation I feel to Mr. Ed Watt and Adam for their professionalism, kind consideration and treatment. They made sure I had a good experience. This was a Happy experience for me after going through 6 months of stress to find a reliable vehicle. My family is very happy with their services and I will be recommending John Dewar's Autosource to anyone I hear of that's needing a vehicle and who wants good care. This was the best experience! I had simply called to see about the vehicle I saw on the way by and Ed was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!! Right from the phone call to meeting in person. Went in, test drove the vehicle and bing bang boom, so simple, so pleasant and kind. Then on to Adam for paper work and the fun banter and upbeat cheer in the air was delightful. I had my new vehicle within 24 hours from start to finish. If there was more than 5 stars to give I would give it to John Drawer's Auto Source
Started the search on Thursday and by Monday I drove away with a beautiful new set of wheels. Adam and Ed were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process quick and easy!

Shopping for a used vehicle in this current environment can be stressful but NOT at John Dewar's AUTOSOURCE.
