The sales team was really helpful and friendly. They were hardly able to work with me on any pricing or deals although they did try. They almost lost the sale when I had to deal with their financial department. Which by the way, Justin if you're really a good guy like you say you are, you wouldn't throw your coworkers under the bus for being new when it was something that was your fault 😉. I had about a few different requests (gap insurance, tax included in the price, tinting the windows). They couldn't do any of it but after I told the financial dept that I didn't want to take the deal they offered me $150 for tinting and a full tank of gas for the 5 hour drive back home. I'd definitely recommend this location to other people, just be careful with who you deal with.

Came in for a leaking sunroof. 2016 F150 Water on passenger floor in front. Was told there was ice in drain tubes. Couldn’t be truck was in a heated garage for two days when it was washed. Inspection showed all drain tubes and weather stripping were fine. One week later water in same place in cab. To busy to fit it in for 2 more days. Took truck home removed headliner, drain hose completely pulled off nipple. So I guess the inspection wasn’t fine.

Had gone for a tire change- nice setup they have there. Seemed pretty professional too - a lot of automotive options also. For example they can store your tires if needed.I thought it was pretty comprehensive. They are a bit pricey I thought.But then again it makes sense for me as I stay real close to them. May just try out their oil changes and servicing options.

5 Stars- Ian Burns , Sales and Leasing Even though i spend what feels like 90% of my life in my car i am NOT the type of person who understands cars and dont ever want to be. However, as a Realtor in Cottage Country i am constantly dealing with hazardous road conditions, really bad gravel cottage roads, steep driveways from hell, and deer flying out from all sides of the roads. When the time came to trade in my lease for a new vehicle Ian Burns was my sales person. I have purchased many vehicles and Ian is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did he take the time to understand my needs and wants; he guided me on what would be the best option for the deal. Given that i was 38,200 km OVER my allowed amount Ian worked with me to ensure that my new vehicle was not only suitable for my job but what the best deal was he could get me. Outstanding!! and i rarely take the time to write reviews PS - Angela Curtis Financial Services Manager is also amazing

Excellent service, salesman was very knowledgeable, we were on a time constraint that day, He offered to meet with us again, at our convenience. Stressed to us that if we had any questions, he was available any time, any day. Would definitely recommend David Grant, and Holiday Ford for next automobile purchase.
