ACCREDITED FOR YOUR SAFETY
Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic is a facilitly accredited by the Non-Hospital Medical and Surgical Facilities Program administered by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). Details of those who have received accreditation can be found on the CPSBC site here (PDF). The NHMSFP Program has "the mandate to establish, monitor and ensure standards of practice in private medical and surgical services in BC." In other words, it helps ensure best practices in patient safety and care.

PATIENTS & CLIENTS
Our clients are males and females, young and old, who want to improve their health and/or appearance without surgery. Clients come in search of a more vibrant and youthful look that can be achieved through treatments and products tailored specifically to their individual needs.

Many of our clients are referred directly by their family physician or dermatologist, particulary in the Okanagan Valley and Southern Interior of BC. Others are referred by friends impressed with their results, confident with the medical foundation, or happy with quality of treatment options offered.

MISSION STATEMENT
Through medical integrity and ongoing specialized training, Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic delivers safe and professional skin care and vein treatment to medical patients and cosmetic clients by certified medical doctors and nursing staff with quality service, current products & safe professional treatment in an inviting and comfortable environment.

BACKGROUND
Consultation and treatments at the medical cosmetic clinic are overseen by physicians Dr. Janna Bentley, Dr. Ben Wiese, Dr. Lize Wiese, Dr. Marcy Craddock. Together they bring speciality training in phlebology (varicose vein treatment), dermatology and laser surgery as well various cutting edge cosmetic treatments involving medical lasers and radio frequency technology – and have been actively involved in skin care since 1994.

Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic was established in January 2008 as an expansion from Okanagan Vein & Skin Care Centre (associated with of the Okanagan’s only board certified plastic surgery group).

STANDARD OF CARE
You’ll find knowledgeable professionals ready to answer your questions and address any concerns you may have, offer alternatives and frankly discuss the pros and cons of various treatments. (You won’t find anyone attempting the hard sell here.)

An individual consultation defines a patient's most effective treatment. Expected results are discussed and realistic treatments are established to suit their skin type and lifestyle. Cost and duration of treatment is determined during consultation.
