Capri Medical Centre

My doctor is exceptional .. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give her at least 10! She is an excellent listener, knowledgeable, experienced, competent, patient, thorough, helpful and goes "above a beyond" on a regular basis. I am VERY lucky to have her!! All the staff I have met at the clinic are also very helpful, thorough and competent.

As friendly as they are.. The wait with having a mental illness just isnt worth it.. they say 20 to 40 mins.. Im still sitting here writing this review as its now been 3 hours Im literally crying in the waiting room. 2 doctors clearly finished with patients for now.. and Im being ignored it was full when i got here. Noone who was is here anymore and im still here. Several walk in patients have come and gone. So why am I left here to suffer, and being told "Your next" every time i ask!!!

i initially had a bad experience with the receptionist here, but overall the clinic has great doctors and reception! My doctor was very personable and took his time!

Walked in having just moved here from Alberta , no family doctor , only Alberta Medical, expecting to be hours was called in within 10 minutes....really. Staff was very understanding and knew what to do regarding out of towner /new residents without a doctor, they were polite, professional and happy. Doctor (?) was very professional and caring...of all the horror stories I've heard...highly recommended. Even with a longer wait next time, I'm good mate.
