I've been there couple times with my mom. Emergency department can sometimes take ages to go through and sometimes it's really fast and you see the doctor. Nurses are ready nice but sometimes forget to do something you asked them. They even set an instruction language in CT machine for my mom so that she could understand.

*Veeeerrrrry* busy, and no real food available outside of daytime hours unless you order takeout and have it delivered. Come ready to wait up to 4-6 hours.
