Lake County Appeal

Lake County Appeal has been an important partner in making sure I haven't overpaid for property taxes across the past 10 years. This has saved my family thousands of dollars of which can be put to better personal use in helping to stretch our budget. I highly recommend their services!

I probably should have read the reviews. There was absolutely no communication. I got a email that the appeal failed and they may try again. I then heard nothing until I got a nasty email from them threatening to sue me for the payment I owed them. In looking back I did get some regular mail that looked like a scam trying to get money from me so I threw it away. Turned out it was their invoice. But they never let me know the appeal was successful, and the reduction I got I had no idea they were responsible for it came 2 years later. So all in all it feels very much like a scam but I paid it. There are much better attorneys out there. I suggest not using these guys.

I've been using Lake County Appeal services for many years now, and in the 1st and 2nd years, they were able to reduce my property tax by almost $3000 dollars. Because of their diligence and persistence, I have used them ever since.
